OBJECTIVE Surgery for degenerative lumbar scoliosis remains challenging for spine surgeons even with the application of pedicle screw instrumentation. This retrospective study assesses the outcomes of instrumented posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) for degenerative lumbar scoliosis.
