Inorganic polyphosphates of different fractions in the mutant yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae with impaired mitochondrial ATP synthesis

Abstract

Impaired synthetase function of the mitochondrial ATPase induced by mutation in the ATP22 gene results in decreased accumulation of inorganic polyphosphates in the stationary growth phase of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae grown on glucose.
