The method of computed basis functions (CBFs) increases the accuracy when material interfaces pass through finite elements, e.g., when using voxel-based meshes. Here, CBF is extended to be able to handle interfaces on which an inhomogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition is applied, such as electrodes in electrostatic problems.
