Dispersed chicken adrenocortical cells were preincubated with atrial natriuretic peptide (rANP), sodium nitroprusside (SNP) or 8-bromo cyclic GMP, followed by incubations with ACTH, chicken PTH, cholera toxin or various steroid intermediates of aldosterone production.
