Craniofacial fibrous dysplasia occurring in a mother and two of her three daughters is reported. In all three patients, the condition was characterized by extensive bilateral and bimaxillary involvement. All patients exhibited radiographic evidence of abnormal maxillary and mandibular bone and tooth displacement.
