This poster describes DABBER, a protocol developed to extend the reach of Named Data Networking into wireless environments. Our key contribution lies in the fact that DABBER supports communication in opportunistic wireless environments by relying on data reachability metrics that take into consideration availability and centrality of adjacent nodes, as well as the availability of different data sources.
