Lower temperatures during the dry season in tropical regions might affect inulin content and inulin yield of Jerusalem artichoke. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of planting dates during low temperature on inulin yield and content of Jerusalem artichoke. Two pot experiments were conducted during the dry seasons 2008/09 and 2009/10. Three genotypes were grown at seven planting dates.
