This study was undertaken to determine if an AMPA (LY215490) or an NMDA (MK-801) glutamatergic receptor antagonist can reduce urinary tract dysfunctions related to detrusor hyperreflexia and detrusor-sphincter dyssynergia in awake, spinal cord-injured (SCI) rats.
