  • The pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of atracurium, a nondepolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent, were compared between morbidly obese patients and nonobese patients. Atracurium besylate (0.2 mg/kg) was administered intravenously as a bolus to patients who had received anesthesia.
