The effects of hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin (HP-beta-CD) and sulfobutylether-beta-CD (SBE7-beta-CD) on in vitro human skin penetration and retention of the sunscreen agent butyl-methoxydibenzoylmethane (BM-DBM) were investigated.
