Inflammatory Pseudotumor of the Spleen: Report of a Case

Abstract

We report the case of an inflammatory pseudotumor of the spleen in an asymptomatic 55-year-old woman, whose lesion was accidentally found and clinically misdiagnosed to be lymphoma.
