Investigation of Hymenolepis diminuta infection in a college student A nineteen year old female undergraduate from Coajomulco in the state of Morelos presented with a Hymenolepis diminuta infection. Patient presented with digestive tract symptoms, evolving over 10 days, including: diarrheic syndrome, abdominal pain in the area of mesogaster, nausea, hyporexia, stomach movements and flatulence.
