An autopsy case of infantile osteopetrosis complicating neuronal ceroid-lipofuscinosis is reported. Autopsy revealed generalized sclerosis and thickening of cortical and spongy bones, formation of mineralized cartilagenous tissues, and narrowing of the marrow cavities associated with decreased hematopoietic cell components.
