OBJECTIVE To test the hypothesis that individuals with patellofemoral pain (PFP) exhibit greater patellofemoral joint stress profiles compared to persons who are pain-free. METHODS Ten females with PFP and ten gender, age, and activity-matched pain-free controls participated.
