Indirubin-3-monoxime (I3M), an indirubin analogue that shows favorable inhibitory activity targeting cyclin-dependent kinase and glycogen synthase kinase, exhibits various biological properties, including chemopreventive, antiangiogenic, and neuropreventive activities.
