Independently derived IgG anti-DNA autoantibodies from two lupus-prone mouse strains express a VH gene that is not present in most murine strains.

The origin and structure of two clonally unrelated IgG anti-DNA autoantibodies from lupus-prone MRL/Ipr mice were examined.
