-Nuclear (RAPD) and chloroplast (trnH-psbA, atpB-rbcL, rps4, trnL-trnF, and trnS-trnG) molecular DNA markers were used to study the populations of closely related species of the genus Iris L.: Iris vorobievii N.S.
