Mice were injected intravenously with a solution containing tritiated thymidine (TdR) and iodine-labelled iododeoxyuridine (IUdR). The ratio of 3H/125I activities was measured in the acid-soluble fraction and in the DNA of several tissues at various times from 0.08 to 24 h after injection.
