Recent studies suggest that intermittent and prolonged normobaric hyperoxia results in ischemic tolerance to reduce ischemia brain injury. In this research attempts were made to see the changes in antioxidant enzyme activities following prolonged and intermittent normobaric hyperoxia preconditioning.
