PURPOSE To report high-resolution, in vivo imaging of the cornea in a patient with lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT) deficiency. METHODS A 60-year-old Ecuadorian woman with bilateral corneal opacities and confirmed LCAT deficiency was imaged with Fourier domain optical coherence tomography (FD-OCT) and noncontact Rostock confocal laser scanning microscopy.
