Abstract

Plant regeneration capacity of orchardgrass leaf explants cultured in vitro in the presence of 0.01, 0.1, 1.0 and 10.0mM hydroxyproline (Hyp) or azetidin-2-carboxylic acid (A2CA) was determined.
