SUMMARY In this study, Anginex lipoplexes (AxL) were developed for intracellular delivery of non-coding RNA (ncRNA) to endothelial cells of tumor vasculature. Physicochemical characteristics, stability, cell binding and cell uptake of this system were investigated in HUVEC.
