The suppression of $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}$ mesons in the hot quark-gluon plasma (QGP) versus reduced feed-down is investigated in UU collisions at energies currently available at the BNL Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider and PbPb collisions at energies available at the CERN Large Hadron Collider. Our centrality- and ${p}_{\text{T}}$-dependent model encompasses screening, collisional damping, and gluodissociation in the QGP. For $\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}(1S)$ it is in agreement with…

Centrality and transverse momentum dependent suppression of $$\Upsilon (1S)$$Υ(1S) and $$\Upsilon (2S)$$Υ(2S) in p–Pb and Pb–Pb collisions at the CERN Large Hadron Collider

Deconfined QCD matter in heavy-ion collisions has been a topic of paramount interest for many years. Quarkonia suppression in heavy-ion collisions at the relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC) and

Hot-medium effects on Υ yields in pPb collisions at sNN=8.16 TeV

The respective contributions of cold-matter and hot-medium effects to the suppression of $\Upsilon(1S)$ and $\Upsilon(2S)$ mesons in pPb collisions at energies reached at the Large Hadron Collider

Anisotropic escape mechanism and elliptic flow of bottomonia

We study the role of anisotropic escape in generating the elliptic flow of bottomonia produced in ultrarelativistic heavy-ion collisions. We implement temperature-dependent decay widths for the

Quarkonium in-medium properties from realistic lattice NRQCD

A bstractWe present the final results of our high statistics study on the properties of bottomonium and charmonium at finite temperature. We focus on the temperature range around the crossover

Bottomonium spectroscopy in the quark–gluon plasma

The spectroscopic properties of heavy quarkonia are substantially different in the quark-gluon plasma (QGP) that is created in relativistic heavy-ion collisions as compared to the vacuum situation

Electromagnetic field effects on $\Upsilon$ϒ-meson dissociation in PbPb collisions at LHC energies

Abstract. We investigate the effect of the electromagnetic field generated in relativistic heavy-ion collisions on the dissociation of $\Upsilon$ϒ mesons. The electromagnetic field is calculated using

Predictions for bottomonia suppression in 5.023 TeV Pb-Pb collisions

We compute the suppression of the bottomonia states Upsilon(1S), Upsilon(2S), Upsilon(3S), chi_b(1P), chi_b(2P), and chi_b(3P) states in Large Hadron Collider (LHC) sqrt(s_NN)) = 5.023 TeV Pb-Pb

Centrality Dependence of the Charged-Particle Multiplicity Density at Midrapidity in Pb-Pb Collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02  TeV.

The pseudorapidity density of charged particles, dN_{ch}/dη, at midrapidity in Pb-Pb collisions has been measured at a center-of-mass energy per nucleon pair of sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02  TeV. For the 5%
