IntroductionLittle is known of the ocular distribution characteristics of currently branded non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in the United States. This study was designed to predict the ocular bioavailability characteristics in humans using Dutch Belted rabbits as a surrogate.
