The present work was conducted to define the effect of adding vitamin E (Vit. E) and/or selenium as seleno-yeast (SY) on performance, egg quality and some blood constituents of laying hens during summer months. Two hundred seventy Hisex Brown layers in their 25 weeks of age were randomly divided into nine dietary treatment groups. Each treatment included thirty hens in 6 replicates (5 birds/each).
