The commutation problem of matrix converter is one of the major reasons that there are few practical applications.The process of traditional four-step commutation strategy is analyzed based on two-line voltage synthesis,which reduce the reliability of commutation and induce the distortion of input and output waveforms because of the delay of commutation moment.Then two-step commutation strategy is presented by reducing the commutation time of four-step commutation strategy.The simulation model… CONTINUE READING
