The endeavor to satisfy both the physical and mental needs of the patient has always been a challenge for the medical profession. Recently, engineers are performing a key role in meeting this challenge. In order to provide a motivating treatment environment in a clinical setting and at home, a new computer input device and simulating games has been developed for this paper.
