Intrascrotal masses can be identified with a high degree of accuracy using scrotal ultrasonography. Ultrasound, however, is useful to identify occult and incidental testicular neoplasms, too. We report 2 cases of impalpable incidental testis germ cell tumors diagnosed by routine scrotal ultrasonography.
