OBJECTIVE Since pregnancy can stimulate thyroid growth, we examined the effect of pregnancy on recurrence and serum thyroglobulin (Tg) shortly after delivery in thyroid cancer survivors. DESIGN Retrospective analysis of thyroid cancer survivors who became pregnant after completing initial therapy.
