Cadmium sulfide nanoparticles filled polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) were prepared by in situ wet chemical precipitation technique. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transforms infrared spectra (FTIR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and ultraviolet-visible (UV/Vis) were used to characterize the prepared nano-composites.
