INTRODUCTION Cancer anorexia-cachexia syndrome (CACS) negatively impacts patients' quality of life (QoL) and increases the burden on healthcare resources. OBJECTIVES To review published CACS data regarding health-related QOL (HRQoL) and its economic impact on the healthcare system.
