Abstract

Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with 6% polyacrylamide was used to resolve the 100-kDa catalytic (alpha subunit) polypeptide of (Na+ + K+)-adenosinetriphosphatase from various tissues.
