One hundred and four unselected cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) in adult Chinese patients in Hong Kong were typed, using monoclonal and conventional antibodies, by immunoenzymatic labelling methods on cryostat sections or cell smears. The total included 69 cases (66%) of B-cell and 26 (25%) of T-cell tumours. The diffuse large cell (centroblastic or immunoblastic) types formed the largest proportion (44.9%) of B lymphomas.
