We have characterized immunoglobulin switch circular DNA in mice infected with the nematode parasite Nippostrongylus brasiliensis. Two kinds of circular DNA were identified in the lymph nodes as excision products of switch recombination of immunoglobulin heavy-chain constant region (CH) genes.
