Dopamine beta-hydroxylase (DBH) was purified from bovine adrenal medullae. Rabbit IgG raised against DBH inhibited its activity by 80%. In an immunoblot analysis, the IgG specifically recognized two subunits of DBH the 72 and 75 KD components.
