Blood mononuclear cells of two individuals having immunodeficiency with thymoma (ID-THY) were cocultured with normal mononuclear cells or treated mononuclear cell fractions in an attempt to correct an imbalance of regulatory cells postulated to be responsible for the failure of pokeweed mitogen-induced Ig synthesis in vitro.
