Myocardial ischaemia and reperfusion injury in 16 anaesthetized Sprague-Dawley rats, eight of which were pretreated with morphine (5 mg/kg, intraperitoneally) to prevent arrhythmias, were studied immunocytochemically with anti-muscle actin specific monoclonal antibody (HHF35).
