Acute lymphobalstic leukemia (ALL) is the most common cancer found among children. It is a systemic, neoplastic proliferation of lymphocyte progenitor cells in bone marrow or thymus. The present work was planned to study the immunocytochemical expression of cyclin D1 and P16 in acute lymphoblastic leukemic patients before and after induction chemotherapy.
