Radar images of an ocean scene containing an atmospheric front and almost range-propagating ocean waves which were acquired by the multifre- quency/multipolarization synthetic aperture radar (SAR) aboard the space shuttle Endeavour during the spaceborne imaging radar-C/X-band synthetic aperture radar (SIR-C/X-SAR) mission over the North Atlantic in 1994 are analyzed.
