The forward and reverse bias capacitance–voltage (C−V) and conductance–voltage (G/ω−V) characteristics of Au/polyvinyl alcohol (Co, Zn-doped)/n-Si Schottky barrier diodes have been investigated depending on illumination intensity at room temperature and 1 MHz.
