OBJECTIVE AND IMPORTANCE Cranial pachymeningitis is a typically diffuse granulomatous disease, which often affects the tentorium and falx. We report a rare case of idiopathic cranial pachymeningoencephalitis focally affecting only the left parietal dura mater and adjacent inferior parietal lobule.
