The DNA adducts were analyzed by 32P-postlabeling method following exposure of human uroepithelial cells (HUC) to N-hydroxy-4-aminobiphenyl (N-OH-ABP), the proximate metabolite of the human bladder carcinogen 4-aminobiphenyl (ABP).
