PURPOSE Patients with penile carcinoma, and 3 or more histopathologically proven unilateral metastatic inguinal nodes, and/or extranodal extension, and/or pelvic metastasis are considered a subgroup with prognostically unfavorable parameters for disease specific death and local recurrence after inguinal lymphadenectomy.
