The purpose of this study was to use responses to the self-report Eating Disorders Questionnaire (EDE-Q) to compare the proportion of individuals identified as having eating disorder pathology using the Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders, fourth edition, text revision (DSM-IV-TR) criteria versus DSM-5 criteria.
