OBJECTIVE To investigate seizure onset baseline shifts and their relationship to background infraslow activity (ISA: 0.01-0.1Hz). METHODS Archived intracranial EEG recordings of 61 seizures from 12 patients were evaluated. All had extensive coverage of several lobes with implanted grid, strip and/or depth electrodes prior to potential epilepsy surgery.
