Introduces the advantage of ice thermal storage air condition over traditional one and the characteristic of high-thermal-conductivity plastic ice-on-pipe thermal storage unit. After analysing the air-condition project of Dalian Baojia Building, concludes that it's more reliable and cost saving by substituting traditional air-condition system for ice-thermal storage air-condition system.
