[Objective] To investigate the current status of unexpected childhood injuries in children aged 1 to 14 years in ZhenJiang,and to provide scientific evidence for preventing injury. [Methods] Children aged 1 to 14 years from September 2004 to August 2005 in Zhenjiang were investigated by unified questionnaires about the injuries.
