The aim of this study was the investigation of the antioxidant and the antimicrobial potential of some ethanolic extracts from Hedera helix (leaves, flowers, immature and ripe fruits) and the correlation with the profile of polyphenols, using an LC/MS method. In all samples, the chlorogenic acid, isoquercitrin, rutin and quercetin have been identified.
