For the first time, the interaction between cyclophosphamide (Cyc) with human serum transferrin (hTf) and human serum albumin (HSA) was studied at different pH by fluorescence quenching, three-dimensional fluorescence, circular dichroism (CD), zeta potential and molecular dynamic techniques.
