Abstract

The aim of this paper is to evaluate the influence of cluster sociological factors (like inter-personal trust) on the implementation of ICT. Some recent literature argues that ICT in its most advanced usages is able to replace in any case human relationship for economical transactions which represent the main drivers of business-to-business
